Are you ready to manage and send marketing emails with Mautic?
Getting started with Mautic is easy:
1. Email [email protected] to request a Mautic be set up for your office. You’ll receive login details for your own platform at mautic-[Country]. adra. cloud (e.g., mautic-Canada.adra.cloud). Make sure you include your Country Director in this request.
2. Watch the introductory Mautic video put together by the ADRA Source team below:
3. Complete the Mautic Segment Migration Spreadsheet to ensure data that you currently have available is imported quickly and accurately into relevant Mautic mailing lists.
4. Customise the system to suit your needs – including defining and naming segments (for mailing lists) and categories to tags for sorting your contacts.
5. Choose or upload a new email design template for use.
6. Set up appropriate online forms for supporters to Subscribe and/or Unsubscribe from your mailing lists.
7. If your office is wanting to set up automated donor journeys, determine what audiences these are for, your desired outcomes and what touchpoints you will include in the email sequence. As an example, this may include:

- Email 3: Examples of your work and impact
- Ask for a second donation
