Do you want to use the ADRA web template for your country office in WordPress? All you need to do is to request a web template to be setup for your office by emailing [email protected]. This is what you should include in your request:
- Name of the ADRA country office you are requesting the web template for. i.e. ADRA Somalia, ADRA Pakistan, ADRA Brazil
- Name (first and last name) and email address of each staff member in your office to be given user access to the web template for editing. i.e. John Smith, [email protected]
Once the users have been setup, each user should receive an email to login and change their password in the WordPress dashboard. You will also receive an email letting you know that the web template is ready, and the URL to login and access it.
ADRA web templates use the same URL, but the name of the country changes. i.e. somalia.ADRA.cloud, pakistan.ADRA.cloud, brazil.ADRA.cloud. Only your country office will have access to your web template’s dashboard that allocated users can login with their assigned username and password.
ADDITIONAL:
If your current website is with WordPress, ADRA Source can do a full backup of your site. You just need to provide the login details and send this to [email protected] with the request for your country office.
For your office’s domain (e.g. www.adra.org), this will be the last step once the new web template is ready to go live. Make sure you have the login details or contact with your domain host provider to make the transition. ADRA Source can host your new website if you so choose. You will need to provide the name servers to make the change. Contact [email protected] to support this process.
