Donor Relationship Manager (DRM) comes ready to use when you register for Marketing Hub. It’s set up and integrates with your Marketing Hub donation pages out of the box. There is very little you need to do.
However, like any data you collect, the important part is how you use it. Below are some quick tips to get you using DRM effectively from Day 1:
- Ensure you have staffing capacity to monitor and manage the donor details stored within DRM.
- Provide training and support to any staff member who may speak to donors over the phone or in person – they must be able to update donor details including adding additional email address, phone number and mailing addresses.
