NextCloud Quick Setup

Are you ready to have your important files backed up with NextCloud?

Getting started on NextCloud is easy:

  1. Email [email protected] to request set up for your office
  2. Download and set up the NextCloud client on every PC needing access. See our Getting Started article HERE for more information
  3. Customise the system to suit your needs – such as specific folder structures and integration with ResourceSpace

This is what you should include in your request:

  1. Name of the ADRA country office you are requesting NextCloud for. i.e. ADRA Somalia, ADRA Vanuatu, ADRA Chile
  2. Name (first and last name) and email address of each staff member in your office to be given access to the shared Network, Region and Office document folders.
  3. If known, details of specific folder structures for your office – for example, project or department specific folders, along with the names of those with access permissions for each.
