HumHub Webinar | September 2021

This week ADRA Source hosted a Network Webinar on HumHub. Thank you to everyone who joined.

In case you missed the webinar, you may watch the recording below. This will also be posted on the Welcome Space in HumHub.

Here are some important things to note:

Workplace Archived
The ADRA Network will no longer be officially using Workplace from Facebook starting from next week. All groups in Workplace will be archived and you will no longer be able to post.

Technical Learning Labs (TLLs)
If you are a part of a Technical Learning Lab and do not yet have a Microsoft Teams group, please email [email protected]. The Technical Learning Labs on HumHub will be converted into CoPs (Community of Practices) which will be open for anyone to join and approved by the workspace Administrators.

Files in HumHub
HumHub is not intended to be the main hub for storing documents and multimedia files. Under ADRA Source there are 2 software solutions specifically intended for this including NextCloud for working documents and ResourceSpace for photos and videos. Both are online storage solutions to help you share and collaborate on resources to the Network, Regional and Country levels.

As HumHub is the ADRA Networks designated social platform, you are encouraged to share files in workspaces to promote any new publications, initiatives, reports, or links to media, news articles or resources.
